All versions include unlimited support by E-mail.  It is our policy to respond to all requests within 24 hours.

Software Updates

We release updates on regular basis and these will be free to all registered users.

Software Upgrades

We will announce software upgrade fees when we release a new version of the software.  The upgrade fee is payable by all registered users who wish to upgrade unless they hold a current maintenance contract in which case the upgrade will be available for free. Maintenance contract fee is 15% of total software purchase price.
